PMMC hosted round 4 of the 2009 Centre Championship on Sunday in warm conditions on new land above Crosby at Eairy Vane.
8 Crews turned out comprising of 4 experts & 4 clubman.
The trial was set out over 10 which were ridden three times, these consisted of rocks, banks and gulleys.

It was a start to finish lead for the current IOM centre champions in the expert class dropping 11 marks on the 1st lap, none on the 2nd lap and 5 and the final lap to Flowers/ Smith's 14, 1 and 8 and Kelly / Baxters 17, 4 and 11. The returning pairing of Baxter /Caine were slightly of the pace with the break showing in their form. There were a few off but no damage to man, girl or machine.

The clubman class was a start to finish lead for Baxter/Moore having lost most of their marks on the 1st lap got their nose in the lead and kept it there pulling further and further away from the opposition. Their 1st lap they dropped 32, 2nd lap 11 final lap 1. Hannay/Watterson losty 42, 19 and 16. Christian/Christian 40, 22 and 18 with Christian/ Hardie 39, 35, 23 and with the addition of being 5 minutes over time adding a further 5 marks onto their score.
